Your parish council are keeping at it. You will have noticed a warning sign for children crossing.
And thanks to grants from the gas terminal companies negotiated by Boo Tumber we are shortly going to have an automated sign to tell passing vehicles how fast they are going and, if appropriate, to slow down. The sign will have a unit to record speeds of all passing vehicles which we hope may help persuade the County Council to make the limit 30 mph through the village.
